When her children began school, Lisa transitioned into a professional role as the Office Manager for Hills & Frank Financial Group. In this capacity, she oversees daily operations, specializing in assisting businesses with establishing efficient payroll systems and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Her expertise and organizational skills have made her an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients.
Lisa is an active member of Church at the Mill, where she serves in the student ministry, mentoring 9th- and 10th-grade girls. She has been married to her husband for 38 years and is the proud mother of three children.
