Lisa graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg VA where she obtained a B.A. degree in Human Ecology and a minor in Counseling. She started her career in banking with Bank of America as a teller for two years. Once she started her family, she realized she wanted to be in the home where she could be available for her children. Once the children all started school, Lisa began acting as office manager for Hills & Frank Financial Group where she manages the day-to-day operations of the business.
She is currently a member of Roebuck Baptist Church where she works in the youth ministry ministering to 8th through 12th-grade girls. She has been married to her husband for 25+ years.
